DR. FLORENCE ADESOLA FALAIYE
Deputy Managing Director/Company Secretary
Adesola holds a doctorate degree in Commercial Law from the University of Lagos. She is an accredited mediator and a seasoned business administrator with requisite certifications.
As the DMD and Company Secretary, she is responsible for the Company’s general administration, ensures corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Her eye for detail complements the quality drive of AFKAR.
